Summary

Santo is considered the standard cilantro. It is a fast growing, dependable variety that is known for its good flavor and high yields. Santo cilantro is one of the staple ingredients in Mexican and Oriental cooking due to its strong, sharp scent and taste. It is grown for both its leaves (cilantro) and seeds (coriander). Leaves are celery-like and deep green. It is probably the best variety of coriander for leaf production because the plants are slow bolting with an upright habit.
