We cannot cancel any orders that have been shipped already or processed for shipment. While we do ship out orders very quickly there is still a small window of time where we still may be able to cancel your order. You will need to contact us as quickly as possible, generally several hours or less. If we have already emailed the tracking information for your package, the order will not be able to be cancelled. However, even if we have not already emailed your tracking information to you, it does not mean that your order is able to be cancelled.
At SeedStore.com we only sell seeds by the packet, we do not sell in bulk. This means that your average packet of seeds will cost anywhere between $3 to $5. Due to the low cost per seed packet we have determined it is just not efficient to accept returns for any reason whatsoever. The amount of time, mail/shipping costs, employee costs, emails back and forth, the time to research the order details along with processing the refund for one or just a few packs of seeds is simply not efficient. There should also be no reason for returning the seeds whether that is on our end or yours. By placing an order with us you agree that all sales are final and may not be returned for any reason.
Wrong Seeds Received:
Once you receive your package from us, inside the package is an order packing slip which includes the seeds you ordered and the quantities for each. We recommend that you cross reference your order packing slip with what you ordered to what you received inside your package. This allows you to double check that you have received all the contents of your order. If you received the wrong seeds in your order, please contact us so that we can help resolve the issue. Please be prepared to submit photos in the event that this happens with your order.
Incorrect Seed Quantity Received:
If you believe that you have received the incorrect quantity of seed packets, please first cross reference the amount of packets you received to either your order email or packing slip that is included in your package. If the quantity of seed packets is incorrect please contact us so that we can help resolve this issue for you. Please be prepared to submit photos in the event that this happens with your order.
