Even though this pepper was bred for heat, it has excellent flavor as well. It is said that the Carolina Reaper is the most flavorful out of all the super hot peppers. The flavor is described as sweet and fruity with chocolate undertones. Carolina Reaper can be used in salsas, sauces, and chili.
