F1 Hybrid - 2026 AAS Winner (All-America Selections). The BadaBing! F1 hybrid tomato was developed by the "Cream Of The Crop" breeding program which is a partnership between the A.P. Whaley Seed Company and Frogsleap Farm. Created in collaboration with Dr. Martha Mutschler at Cornell University, it was bred using licensed donor lines to specifically target severe foliar diseases. It is unique in the gardening world for its exceptional resilience against historically devastating tomato blights. BadaBing! F1 hybrid tomato is the first release to feature TomatoGuard™ protection, which allows the plant to defend itself from Early Blight, Late Blight, Septoria Leaf Spot and Root Knot Nematodes. Now Officially recognized as a 2026 All-America Selections winner, BadaBing! combines exceptional taste, high-resilience and adaptability for growers looking to be successful in difficult growing environments. BadaBing! F1 hybrid tomato has the following disease and pest resistance: Fusarium Wilt Race 1/2, Verticillium Wilt VA/VD, Early Blight, Late Blight PH2/PH3, Bacterial Speck, Root Knot Nematode and Septoria Leaf Spot.

Plant Characteristics

The BadaBing! F1 hybrid tomato is an early season, indeterminate, cocktail-style cherry tomato with bright red color and thin crack-resistant skin. You can expect vigorous high-yielding and highly productive plants. Only 65 days to maturity from transplant. Fruit size averages 2 ounces and measures 1.5 - 2.0 inches in diameter. You can also expect outstanding flavor with juicy crack-resistant red fruits with 8-10 per cluster. Plants remain at a manageable 36-40 inches tall.
